Hidden Profits for ATG without Agents Knowledge

Mohammed Salah, bookkeeper of ATG builds into all product rates 3 to 5% extra profits without ATG agents knowledge.  Tapro system is programed and controlled only by him and he always denies this hidden profits.  Therefore, all ATG rates are sold with higher sales prices after the agent adds their own profits.  This is true for ATG's new booking engine as well.
