They are known as the Sudanese Mafia.  They bought a doctorate degree for their president from the Khartoum University; buy business travel by kicking back money to corporate travel decision makers in KSA including the Higher Ministry Of Education and others.  ATG makes its money by refunding government employees their business class tickets less 30% fee for ATG. 

Nasser Al-Tayyar promised in writing to pay his corporate sales manager in the Western Provance SAR 600,000 in an earned incentives in 2009 but instead paid him only SAR 60,000.

Nasser Al-Tayyrar was asked during the IPO process who is your successor - he had no one.  Also, his CFO is an accountant not a  financial expert who was imported from The Sudan.  ATG had no organization charts either.  ATG paid the Hay Group in Saudi Arabia over SAR 600,000 for a full H/R restructure and re-organization program but fired all its qualified managers to implement it - it was a move by Al Jarboa.
